REFUND POLICY

Only store credit or exchanges on all orders. Please note delays are out of our control and you will not be refunded due to a delay. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery email us at orders@taiilored.com (or our customer service email). No exchanges or returns for mystery boxes. 

Once we receive the item back we will send you a store credit gift card or send your item of choice of equal value to you.

 You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We have two ways:

you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $6.50 shipping fee that you can pay via PayPal or debit/credit card.
You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
